Dear Parents: We are pleased to have the opportunity to present a series of bully prevention lesson to Holy Family students in 4th - 8th grades this year! The lessons are computer web-based activities through the "Bullying Academy" website. Our school has access to the lessons free of charge for the rest of the school year, due to a generously funded grant. You, too, now have an opportunity to sample the Bullying Academy program, along with your student. On the Bullying Academy website, there is an entire section devoted to parent education. You can access the information by clicking on the "Parent" tab and following the links that are provided. Please feel free to see for yourself what your student is learning about bully prevention through this program. Thank you to our principal, Lee Schmidt, to our computer lab teacher, Mrs. Kathy Bovaird, and to your child's classroom teacher, for their valuable support, assistance and participation, as we work to help all our students band together to prevent bullying at Holy Family Catholic School!
